燈 罩 拉 深 工 藝 及 模 具 設(shè) 計 摘 要本設(shè)計題目為燈罩拉深模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了一般拉深零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者冷沖模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的冷沖模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運用拉深工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了沖壓制件的工藝及主要設(shè)計尺寸計算，為設(shè)計凸、凹模及其他零部件做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計算了總的沖壓力，便于選取壓力機；最后分析了沖壓件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及頂出裝置的選取。本沖壓件為簡單的旋轉(zhuǎn)體，可一次拉深成形，由于倒裝式復(fù)合模結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，又可以直接利用壓力機的打桿裝置進行推件，卸料可靠，便于操作，故本副模具才用倒裝式復(fù)合摸。本副模具的設(shè)計中，其結(jié)構(gòu)較正式的緊湊，因為可以利用下模的彈頂器進行壓邊，且壓力和行程都較大。模具中的壓邊圈既起壓邊作用也起頂件作用，此外還起毛坯定位作用。推件采用剛性推件裝置，由于推件塊又是拉深件底部的成形凹模，因此拉深終了，推件塊上頂面必須與模柄下底面剛性接觸。凹模采用硬質(zhì)合金以提高其壽命。關(guān)鍵詞：拉深模 壓邊圈 推件塊 拉深凸模 凹模拼塊 Chimney stretching technology and tool designAbstractThis design topic for the chimney stretching mold design, has manifested the general stretching components design request, the content and the direction, has the certain design significance.
