English abstractAbstract: Taking Safety mask as an instans,combining with its special of die design,the process analysis ,and three kinds of different stamping technique plans were analyzed, optimal processing plan and feasible forming die were obtained according to theoretical analysis and experiment. the design and manufacture process of the key part of the die were also discussed in brief. the die design and the process of parts as well as the assembling process and drawing die are stated in details Has drawn up the mold assembly drawing and the main work detail drawing, the multianalysis mold work process, and for the under punch holes, the cutting edge working procedure has prepared for together. ]2[1Key words: Safety mask processing analysis drawing die assembling process
