3720 旋耕滅茬機總體結構設計,滅茬,總體,整體,結構設計 黑龍江工程學院本科畢業(yè)設計I摘 要機械旋耕滅茬技術是對傳統的耕作技術——機械翻、耙、壓耕作模式的重大改革。它是利用旋耕機、滅茬機、聯合整地機與其配套的拖拉機所進行的一次性耕地作業(yè)技術?，F在對于地上秸稈的還田技術已經趨于成熟。但對于根茬，尤其是對玉米根茬的處理。依然是困擾廣大農民的一大難題。旋耕滅茬機總體及側邊傳動裝置設計，來源于生產實際。本設計主要是在普通臥式旋耕機的基礎上改進設計,使之既能旋耕又能滅薦，以實現一機多用。設計的主要內容為：總體方案從確定、滅茬狀態(tài)總裝配圖，設計側邊或中間齒輪傳動裝置及刀輥軸。通過改進設計，增加刀輥軸的轉速和轉向。在工作時，通過適當的拆卸和改裝，就可實現不同功能的作業(yè)，以達到一機多能的目的。旋耕滅茬積及總體側邊轉動裝置的設計解決了現有旋耕機只能旋耕不能滅茬而滅茬機又只能滅茬不能旋耕的問題。關鍵詞：滅茬機；旋耕機；側邊傳動裝置；刀輥軸；壓耕黑龍江工程學院本科畢業(yè)設計IIABSTRACTRotary Tillage Stubble Cleaner .The traditional farming, machinery, farming, the double major reform mode.
