3814 罩殼螺母注塑模具的設計,罩殼,螺母,注塑,模具,設計 加工罩殼螺母的模具設計 摘 要我所學習的專業(yè)是模具設計與制造專業(yè)，這次的畢業(yè)設計是罩殼螺母塑料模具設計。該設計結(jié)合大學三年來所學習的專業(yè)知識和 CAD 軟件所設計出的一套塑料模。本文首先簡要的概述了塑料模在社會領(lǐng)域中的作用及其以后的發(fā)展方向，點明模具設計的重要意義。然后依據(jù)工件圖進行工藝性分析，進而確定了設計方案，計算出模具工作部分的尺寸，設計出工作零部件；然后依據(jù)設計要求選擇出各個標準零部件，然后設計出模具的總裝配圖。在設計中，最重要的就是設計方案的確定、尺寸的計算和工作零部件的設計，這是設計的關(guān)鍵，這些設計的正確與否直接關(guān)系到成本的高低和設計模具能否正常工作；在設計的最后，總結(jié)了自己的心得和體會，并對我的指導老師表示感謝。為了我的設計更加簡明易懂，在設計中，我用了 CAD 軟件畫了七、八張零件圖，安插在設計任務書中。最后畫出塑件塑料模裝配圖。通過次畢業(yè)設計使我不僅掌握了塑料模具設計的一般流程，更學習到了好多課本上沒有學習到的知識，使我受益非淺。關(guān)鍵詞：模具設計與制造、CAD 軟件、工藝性分析. In the design, the important one is sureness , calculation of the blank and design of the job spare part of the design plan the most, this is the key to designing, whether these ones that are designed involve directly or not correctly whether the level of the cost and design mould could work normally; At the end that is designed , have summarized one's own gains and experience , and express thanks for my counselor. More concisly and easy for my design understands , in the design, I have drawn seven or eight parts picture in CAD software, assign into design specifications . Draw one end finally and overlay the plastic mould installation diagram.
