摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為陳四樓1.5 Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)。陳四樓煤礦位于河南省永城市西北郊區(qū),交通較為便利。井田傾向(東西)長約3.80 km,走向(南北)長約5.08 km,井田總面積為19.00 km2。主采煤層為2號煤層,平均傾角為9.73°,煤層平均厚度為5.50 m。井田地質(zhì)條件較為簡單。
井田工業(yè)儲量為151.23 Mt,礦井可采儲量100.79 Mt 。該礦井服務(wù)年限為51.71 a,涌水量不大,礦井正常涌水量為600 m3/h,最大涌水量為650 m3/h。礦井瓦斯涌出量較低,為低瓦斯礦井。
井田為立井加暗斜井延深兩水平開拓;長壁放頂煤采煤法;礦井通風(fēng)方式為中央并列式。
礦井年工作日為330d,工作制度為“三八”制:兩班生產(chǎn)、一班準(zhǔn)備。
一般部分共包括10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征;2.井田境界和儲量;3.礦井工作制度設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限;4.井田開拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式-帶區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)及安全;10.設(shè)計(jì)礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。
專題部分題目是高應(yīng)力大變形巷道卸壓機(jī)理及技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀。主要是對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)煤礦中高應(yīng)力和巷道大變形地質(zhì)條件下,卸壓機(jī)理的綜述以及技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的分析。
翻譯部分主要內(nèi)容為波蘭硬煤開采研究的發(fā)展趨勢,英文題目為:Directions of changes of hard coal output technologies in Poland。

ABSTRACT
This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.
The general part is a new design of Chensilou mine. Chensilou mine lines in north-west of Yongcheng in Henan province. The traffic of road and railway is convenience to the mine. The width of the minefield is 3.80 km ,the width is about 5.08 km,well farmland total area is 19.00km2.The two is the main coal seam, and its average dip angle is 9 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 5.50 m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 151.23 Mt. The recoverable reserves are 100.79 Mt. The designed productive capacity is 1.5 Mt percent year, and the service life of the mine is 51.7 years. The normal flow of the mine is 600 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 650 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well.
The well farmland is two levels in vertical shaft development;the cole mine is the longwall mining;the centralized ventilation.
The working system “three-eight” is used in the Chensilou mine. It produced 330 d/a.
This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
Special subject parts of topics is “the discharging pressure mechanism and technical situation of roadways with the high stress and large deformation”. Mainly aims at the discharging pressure mechanism and technical situation of roadways with the high stress and large deformation in the domestic coal mine In the current situation.
Translation part of main contents is about “Directions of changes of hard coal output technologies in Poland”.
