登封市仟祥煤業(yè)60萬噸新井設(shè)計【含CAD圖紙+文檔】,含CAD圖紙+文檔,登封市,煤業(yè),60,萬噸新井,設(shè)計,cad,圖紙,文檔 摘 要 本設(shè)計的井田面積為6.4平方千米，年產(chǎn)量60萬噸。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定，煤層傾角10，平均煤厚7.22m，整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡單，在井田范圍東部和中央均有斷層發(fā)育。沼氣和二氧化碳含量相對不高，涌水量也不大。根據(jù)實際的地質(zhì)資料情況進行井田開拓和準(zhǔn)備方式的初步設(shè)計，該礦井決定采用立井加暗斜井二水平開采，設(shè)計采用爆破放頂煤采煤回采工藝，傾斜長壁采煤法，用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。并對礦井運輸、礦井提升、礦井排水和礦井通風(fēng)等各個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計算，以及對礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護提出要求，完成整個礦井的初步設(shè)計。礦井全部實現(xiàn)機械化，采用先進技術(shù)和借鑒已實現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗，實現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。 關(guān)鍵詞：立井、傾斜長壁、爆破放頂煤采煤、全部垮落法、高產(chǎn)高效 Abstract This design well field area is6.4 square kilometers, the annualoutput 600,000 tons.
