湖南省冷水江市塘沖礦45萬(wàn)噸新井設(shè)計(jì)【含CAD圖紙+文檔】,含CAD圖紙+文檔,湖南省,冷水江市,塘沖礦,45,萬(wàn)噸新井,設(shè)計(jì),cad,圖紙,文檔 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)湘煤集團(tuán)唐沖煤礦所做的礦井初步設(shè)計(jì)。唐沖煤礦自然地質(zhì)條件中等，可采煤層三號(hào)煤平均厚2.76m，傾角一般為10°～25°左右。礦井正常涌水量為118m3/h，最大涌水量為179 m3/h。礦井絕對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為10.78 m3/min，相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為11.35 m3/t，預(yù)測(cè)為高瓦斯礦井。煤塵具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)性，煤層沒(méi)有自燃發(fā)火傾向。井田東西長(zhǎng)1.8~2.1km，南北寬約為4.5km，面積約10km2，設(shè)計(jì)井田的可采儲(chǔ)量為3032萬(wàn)t，設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)量為0.45Mt，服務(wù)年限為51a。 本設(shè)計(jì)礦井采用斜井兩水平水開拓，采區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備方式，采區(qū)內(nèi)采用走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法，全部垮落法管理頂板，礦井前期采用對(duì)角式通風(fēng)。主要對(duì)礦井開拓方式、準(zhǔn)備方式、采煤方法進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)礦井運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水等生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)備選型計(jì)算，對(duì)礦井各個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了描述，并對(duì)礦井各個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)之間的相互聯(lián)系和制約關(guān)系進(jìn)行了有關(guān)說(shuō)明。 關(guān)鍵詞： 立井 塘沖煤礦 高瓦斯 走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法 Abstract This preliminary design is designed for Tang Chong mine of in HuNan province. The natural geological condition is medium, the mining seam :the average thickness is 2.76m,.Generally,the dip is 10°～25°.Normally,the water-holding capacity is118 m3/h,the largest water-holding capacity is 179 m3/h.The gas’s absolute emission is 10.78m3/min,the gas’s contrast emission is 11.35m3/t. This is very dangerous, this mine is prophecied as high prominent gas. The coal-dust has explosion hazard, the seam doesn’t have spontaneous combustion tendency. The spontaneous combustion is appraised for three kinds. The field is4.5km long along the east-west direction and is .8~2.1km width along the south-north direction. The area is 9 square .The designed field’s mining is 3032million ton. The designed annual is 0.45Mt, and it will serve for 51a. This mine uses two level to climb the mountain .It’s ways to prepare is using the area of the mine .In the area of the mine, the method of mining is using walking toward the long wall .The method of manage the roof is using collapse. In the front period of the mine uses the central paratactic type to ventilate. This preliminary design is mainly for the Pioneering way , prepare types, mining types. This design also chooses the model of the transportation system, ventilation system, drainage systemact. And, it also describes the production process of every system in the mine. This design explain the relationship and restrict relationship between every production system and every production links.
