摘 要
拖掛式混凝土泵是目前在建筑工程中廣泛應(yīng)用的主要混凝土機(jī)械之一。一般混凝土泵的工作機(jī)構(gòu)是由推送機(jī)構(gòu)、分配閥及料斗的攪拌裝置組成,因而液壓式混凝土泵的液壓系統(tǒng)同樣也包括這三個(gè)工作機(jī)構(gòu):推送機(jī)構(gòu)回路即主油路系統(tǒng)、分配閥油路系統(tǒng)及攪拌油路系統(tǒng)。主要采用全液壓傳動方式。它可以較好的使用于建筑工程中,工作范圍廣。正常工作時(shí),不需要其它附屬設(shè)備,使用機(jī)動靈活。最近幾年,在建筑工程推廣應(yīng)用的泵送混凝土技術(shù),以其效率高、費(fèi)用低、節(jié)省勞力、水平和垂直運(yùn)輸可一次連續(xù)完成、使用狹窄施工現(xiàn)場等優(yōu)點(diǎn),愈來愈受到人們的重視。
