課題來(lái)源
某公司對(duì)存折進(jìn)行翻頁(yè)需要既覺(jué)得問(wèn)題。
隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,人民生活水品的不斷提高,廣大群眾收入不斷提高,為使收入財(cái)產(chǎn)更加安全,銀行存款無(wú)疑成為了人們的選擇。面對(duì)越來(lái)越多的存款,存折數(shù)量需求的不斷增加,存折檢查的自動(dòng)化處理成為了新的研究課題。
本課題來(lái)源于生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,按照公司的要求,完成存折翻頁(yè)機(jī)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),并能滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的需求。
本課題緊密結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的課題,對(duì)學(xué)生了解和掌握翻頁(yè)原理、翻頁(yè)過(guò)程,提高工程設(shè)計(jì)和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,具有很重要的意義。

存折翻頁(yè)機(jī)是小型機(jī)械設(shè)備,與目前市場(chǎng)上較為流行的的翻頁(yè)機(jī)一樣,根據(jù)流體力學(xué)原理,利用大氣壓來(lái)吸附紙張并帶動(dòng)紙張運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到翻頁(yè)的處理。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要針對(duì)存折紙張的翻頁(yè)處理,要能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)將存折一一翻頁(yè)。相對(duì)而言,存折的紙張表面質(zhì)量較好,并且一般只做一次翻頁(yè),所以不必考慮氣壓過(guò)大或者長(zhǎng)期翻動(dòng)紙張,造成質(zhì)量下降等問(wèn)題的影響。另外,由于是新的存折,當(dāng)吸附系統(tǒng)對(duì)紙張吸附的時(shí)候,氣密性好,翻頁(yè)失敗的幾率相對(duì)而言比較低。氣動(dòng)翻頁(yè),需要考慮噪聲問(wèn)題。當(dāng)存折翻頁(yè)失敗,或者發(fā)現(xiàn)存折紙張破損,質(zhì)量不合格問(wèn)題時(shí),可及時(shí)處理。對(duì)此,翻頁(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展應(yīng)集中在以下幾個(gè)方面。
(1)提高效率,降低能耗,不斷提高和改進(jìn)翻頁(yè)機(jī)的設(shè)備。翻頁(yè)技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵是翻頁(yè)連接處理,即處理好連續(xù)翻頁(yè)的步驟,要求翻頁(yè)過(guò)程系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,連接平滑,可以迅速完成翻頁(yè),盡量減少不必要的能量浪費(fèi)。
(2)降低噪音,做到低音高速。存折翻頁(yè)機(jī)采用的是氣壓吸附,在氣體被壓縮排放時(shí),要通過(guò)降低噪音的設(shè)備進(jìn)行降噪,市場(chǎng)上常用的小型消音器可以滿(mǎn)足此需求。

研究?jī)?nèi)容
設(shè)計(jì)一種用于對(duì)存折進(jìn)行翻頁(yè)的機(jī)械設(shè)備,原理方案的功能實(shí)現(xiàn),總體方案的設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)形式,結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),工作參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)。要求如下:
1. 閱讀外文資料,翻譯與所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)或課題相關(guān)的外文文獻(xiàn)5000字左右,語(yǔ)句通順、流暢、準(zhǔn)確;
2.了解存折翻頁(yè)機(jī)的工作原理
3.根據(jù)加工產(chǎn)品具體結(jié)構(gòu)和加工要求,擬定分析設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)方案
4.繪制 整套零件圖,裝配圖,各零件的精度配合
5. 用Proe進(jìn)行造型,裝配后進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真
6. 撰寫(xiě)論文,要求符合本科論文的格式要求,語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)潔、流暢、層次分明。上機(jī)時(shí)數(shù)不少于200小時(shí),整個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的技術(shù)工作要嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、靈活、工作要有主動(dòng)性,計(jì)算方法、計(jì)算的程序、計(jì)算結(jié)果、結(jié)論要正確。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)方案及可行性分析
(存折翻頁(yè)機(jī)傳動(dòng)部分主要有存放存折的存折槽(進(jìn)出口兩個(gè))、曲柄回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、底座、步進(jìn)電機(jī)、吸盤(pán)、搖擺桿、推板、壓塊等組成。其推送翻頁(yè)原理和工作過(guò)程為通過(guò)曲柄回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng), 帶動(dòng)推板運(yùn)動(dòng),推動(dòng)在最底部的存折至拍照位置,后由步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)搖擺桿,將吸盤(pán)放在存折上,氣壓系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始工作,吸附紙張,完成回轉(zhuǎn),再有壓塊壓住紙張,原曲柄回到原來(lái)位置,進(jìn)行下一張紙張的翻頁(yè),如此循環(huán)。當(dāng)最后的頁(yè)數(shù)也被翻完,自動(dòng)將拍照結(jié)束的存折推出。
