摘 要
汽車改裝式升降臺是一種應(yīng)用前景很廣的機械設(shè)備,它是以液壓元件為動力部件,以支撐桿為主要承載部件,通過在二類底盤上改裝的高空作業(yè)及運輸?shù)膶S迷O(shè)備。汽車改裝式升降臺可用于工廠、自動倉庫、停車場、市政、碼頭、建筑、裝修、物流、電力、交通,石油、化工、酒店、體育館、工礦、企業(yè)等的高空作業(yè)及維修。升降平臺升降系統(tǒng),是靠液壓驅(qū)動,也被稱作液壓升降平臺所以發(fā)展前景很好。
本設(shè)計應(yīng)用CATIA軟件對其進行三維建模,在將各零部件通過CATIA與ANSYS建立的接口導入ANSYS軟件中進行受力分析,最后再將整體裝配圖導入到ADMAS軟件中進行運動仿真及干涉校核。利用上述三種軟件進行汽車改裝式升降臺虛擬設(shè)計及仿真分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)并更正設(shè)計缺陷,完善設(shè)計方案,縮短開發(fā)周期,提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量和效率,為生產(chǎn)實際提供理論支持。各種軟件的應(yīng)用能夠大大縮短設(shè)計周期,也一定是以后機械行業(yè)發(fā)展的方向。

ABSTRACT
Modified car lift station is a very broad application prospects of machinery and equipment, which is based on hydraulic components for the power unit to the main rod bearing parts, chassis modified by second-class high-altitude operations and transport of special equipment. Car modification can be used for factory-style lifts, automatic warehouses, car parks, municipal, port, construction, decoration, logistics, power, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, hotels, stadiums, industrial and mining enterprises and other high-altitude operations and maintenance. Lifting platform lifting system is driven by hydraulic pressure, also known as hydraulic lift platform, so the development of good prospects.
The CATIA software application designed its three-dimensional modeling, in the various components through the establishment of CATIA and ANSYS interface into ANSYS software for mechanical analysis, the final and then the overall assembly drawing into ADMAS software simulation and the intervention school exercise nucleus. Using the three software modified car lift virtual design and simulation, you can find and correct design flaws and improve the design and shorten the development cycle, improve design quality and efficiency, provide theoretical support for the actual production. A variety of software applications can greatly shorten the design cycle, it must be the future direction of development of machinery industry.
