液壓機(jī)是沖壓機(jī)床的重要組成部分之一,由于傳統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)法成本高、效率低、系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)分析復(fù)雜,一直是液壓機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的瓶頸。
本文首先針對(duì)3150KN四柱式液壓機(jī)液壓控制系統(tǒng)性能的要求,提出了該系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,初步確定了系統(tǒng)各回路的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及主要元件選型;進(jìn)而,以AMEsim為仿真平臺(tái)進(jìn)行液壓系統(tǒng)建模,并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)性能仿真,發(fā)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)初步設(shè)計(jì)中存在著壓力沖擊大及回程速度慢兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,最后提出了增加釋壓回路和增大工作缸活塞桿直徑的兩個(gè)解決方案以解決問(wèn)題,從而達(dá)到優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)、縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期和提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的目的。

Title Modeling and Simulation of Punching Machine
Hydraulic Control System
Abstract
Hydraulic Presses is one of most the important part of the punching machine.Due to the high cost,low efficient and complicated of traditional try-error test,the dynamic analyse and evaluate of the system always is the bottle-neck of the design of hydraulic presses.
Firstly,aimed at the requirement of the performance of the hydraulic control system of 3150KN type four-pillars hydraulic machine,overall
design of this system was proposed.Furthermore the configuration of loops,the type of main components were given.Moreover it was modeled with AMESim.By dynamic simulation of system,the problems such as excessive pressure impact and too slow return rate exist in preliminary design were found.Finaly,additional a pressure-release loop and inrease the diameter of the rod were put forward as solutions to solve those problems. Therefore,the purpose of optimizing system,shorting design cycle and improving the stability of system can be achieved.
