Revision. Let Ss review present perfect tense. Step 2. Presentation (A talk time) 1. Ask Ss to read the words on Page 105 and ask them to pay attention to [sk],[sp],[st]. 2. let Ss discuss the rules of [sk],[sp],[st] in the group and then teacher show the rule. 3. Listen to the tape and finish A2 4. Ask Ss practice the conversation in pairs. Step 3. Presentation (Part B speak up) 1. Ask Ss to read the words on Page 105 and talk about this menu. 2. Ask Ss to make a short dialogue about this menu. e.g . A: What would you llike to eat? B: I’d like to eat lemon duck. What about you? A: I’d like to …… (T or Ss can give assessment) 3. Tasks Ss how to order the food if you are a British tourist in Guangzhou.And then shoe the exemale on page 105. 4. Ask Ss to read the conversation in part B. 5. Ask Ss to design a menu which they like. 6. Let Ss make a dialogue about ordering food in pairs or in groups by using their menu. (T or Ss can give assessment) Step 4. Homework 1.
