Can you find it out on this calendar? How much do you know about this festival? Who can tell me something about it? Can you say something about Chinese New Year? Step two :Presentation 1.T:Halloween is a very important festival in October. There is another important festival in this months. It’s very important for all the Chinese people. Do you know this festival? When is National Day? Do we go to school on National Day? Do we eat special food? Do we dress up for our National Day? What do you usually do on National Day? 2.Dudring National Day, we have a seven-day holiday.When do we have another seven-day holiday? When is May Day? 3.Which is the children’s favourite festival? What do we do that day? 4.Look at the calendar. Which month is this ? 5.Is there a special day in this month? What do you do on Teacher’s Day this year? Use the calendar and the picture ,learn Christmas , New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving Day.
