摘 要: 本次設(shè)計(jì)的制品為ABS手機(jī)外殼注射模設(shè)計(jì)，利用Pro/E來完成制品模三唯模型，利用CAD來完成其裝配圖和零件圖。模具采用了側(cè)抽芯，使側(cè)向的筋和肋能更好的脫模。模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、工作可靠、操作方便、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、冷卻效果好、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低、生產(chǎn)效率高、生產(chǎn)的塑件精度高、生產(chǎn)成本低。本文從型腔數(shù)量和布局的確定、注射機(jī)選擇、流道的設(shè)計(jì)、模板及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用、冷卻系統(tǒng)、成型部件的設(shè)計(jì)等給出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)過程。
