memo。除了書(shū)面形式外,也可以通過(guò) email 發(fā)出。英文備忘錄的一般格式如下:To:收件人 From:發(fā)件人 Date:日期 Subject:主題 Body:正文。備忘錄行文力求簡(jiǎn)明扼要,長(zhǎng)度一般為 40-50 個(gè)字,抬頭不計(jì)字?jǐn)?shù)。書(shū)寫(xiě)時(shí)首先應(yīng)直入主題,列出最重要的信息,然后可以具體說(shuō)明事由、情況,提出意見(jiàn)和建議,最后根據(jù)具體情況或重申主題或表示意愿或感謝。備忘錄末尾不需要簽名。如果個(gè)人的備忘錄還發(fā)給收件人以外的其他人,需在末尾 cc(carbon copy
