摘要：本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是一篇關(guān)于汽車(chē)塑料保險(xiǎn)杠注射成型模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，文中詳細(xì)的介紹了模具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程及其相關(guān)計(jì)算，并對(duì)大型注塑模具成型零件的受力分析進(jìn)行了初步探討。
該制品外表面為裝飾面，采用熱流道注射成型、定模頂出機(jī)構(gòu)，澆口及推桿均設(shè)置在制品內(nèi)表面。設(shè)計(jì)有注射機(jī)的選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)、加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng)、開(kāi)合模設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)等組成。制品適用于昌河牌小轎車(chē)。

Abstract: This granduated paper presents a design of injection mould for auto safety guard used in motorcar which is made of plastics.The process of the design and the interrelated calculation are introduced in this paper.we also study the guarantee of the forced parts of this design.
The surface of the product is decorateing plane.It is made by thermo-injection road,still mold pushing system and filling gate,and the pushing staff is fixed inside surface of product. This design include choose of injecting machines; design of filling system; design of cooling and heating system;design in closure and separation of the mould and so on.The product can be used for changhe motocar’s safty guard.
