摘 要
上世紀(jì)90 年代初，我國(guó)草坪業(yè)處于起步階段，經(jīng)過近20 年的發(fā)展，草坪業(yè)已經(jīng)作為重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展。草坪的繁殖、建植、維護(hù)技術(shù)日漸成熟，同時(shí)也面臨著一系列亟待解決的問題。
草坪業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了國(guó)內(nèi)草坪機(jī)械的應(yīng)用，用于根莖采集的草坪根莖采集機(jī)的研制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了草坪根莖的機(jī)械化采集，促進(jìn)了根莖直播法的推廣，節(jié)約了土地資源，提高了草坪養(yǎng)護(hù)的效益，為采集草坪種源、規(guī)?；牟萜航ㄖ蔡峁┲匾ＷC，可扭轉(zhuǎn)優(yōu)良無籽草坪進(jìn)口品種壟斷國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
本文分析了根莖采集在植草中的作用，通過參照對(duì)比各種草坪機(jī)械的底盤，研究設(shè)計(jì)了草坪根莖采集收獲機(jī)的自走底盤。本文主要涉及自走驅(qū)動(dòng)輪的零部件及機(jī)架的設(shè)計(jì)。為了考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實(shí)用性在設(shè)計(jì)中采用了滾筒式的驅(qū)動(dòng)輪和無梁式機(jī)架，并且通過校核驗(yàn)證滿足了技術(shù)上的要求。

ABSTRACT
