摘要 刮板輸送機(jī)是目前長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面唯一的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。雖然其類型和組成部件的形式多種多樣，但基本組成與工作原理相同。一般的刮板輸送機(jī)能在25°以下的條件使用。刮板輸送機(jī)在使用中要受拉、壓、彎曲、沖擊摩擦和腐蝕等多種作用，因此，必須有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度、耐磨和耐腐蝕性。由于它的運(yùn)輸方式是物料和刮板鏈都在槽內(nèi)滑行，因此運(yùn)行阻力和磨損都很大。但是，在采煤工作面運(yùn)煤，目前還沒(méi)有更好的機(jī)械可代替，只能從結(jié)構(gòu)上、強(qiáng)度上和制造工藝上不斷研究，使它更加完善、耐用。 本設(shè)計(jì)要求為橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的掘進(jìn)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，主要對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)，參數(shù)確定，動(dòng)力元件的選擇，鏈輪的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，鏈輪軸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算刮板鏈及刮板的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。 關(guān)鍵詞：刮板輸送機(jī)；鏈輪；鏈輪軸；刮板鏈；刮板。 2 Abstract Scraper conveyor is the longwall coal mining face the only transportation equipment.
