摘要
由于蔬菜原料自身特性差異很大,選擇清洗工藝和配套的清洗設(shè)備時(shí)會(huì)受到很大的限制,所以各種蔬菜原料的清洗設(shè)備有顯著差別。荷藕屬生鮮食品,是根莖類蔬菜,其主要成分是水和有機(jī)物, 在一定條件下能保持生物活性, 同時(shí)也是一類很易受外界物理、化學(xué)影響的脆弱物質(zhì)。清洗蔬菜既要保持其品質(zhì)不受損害, 又要去除附著其上的雜質(zhì), 使之達(dá)到衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。荷藕是一種外形很不規(guī)則的蔬菜,整根藕一般由3節(jié)組成,每節(jié)藕的不同部位尺寸均不同,因此在設(shè)計(jì)荷藕清洗機(jī)時(shí)對(duì)荷藕幾何尺寸進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析是十分必要的。
按照設(shè)計(jì)要求參考相關(guān)資料,初步確定清洗機(jī)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)。荷藕清洗機(jī)采用了噴淋式清洗,噴嘴采用全方位均布的方式,較好的解決了荷藕清洗洗凈率的問題。但是該機(jī)型仍存在最優(yōu)解的問題,可以通過試驗(yàn),對(duì)新型噴淋式蓮藕清洗機(jī)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化,對(duì)改進(jìn)后的蓮藕清洗機(jī)進(jìn)行了清洗加工試驗(yàn),得出:清洗效率有了明顯的提高,更能滿足設(shè)計(jì)的要求。

Abstract
on account of the great differences of the vegetable's identity,it will restrict a lot when to choose the cleanout technics and matched cleanout equipment,so there are great differences in cleanout equipments of the vegetable material. lotus root , raw and delicious ,belongs to the genus rhizome and its basis is water and organism,which can keep the organisms living in some conditions but also is vulnerable substance in the physical and chemical influence. when cleaning the vegetable , the impurity with it should be clear up and its character should not be damaged so that it will come up to the standard. lotus root is a kind of the vegetable with a anomalistic externality, generally making up of three nodes that have different sizes in different parts. Accordingly,it is necessary to make statistical analysis in designing the lotus root cleanout machine.
according to the design request and related information, the parameter is preliminarily made out. In the cleaning machine of vibration spray type, the nozzles are fixed in an omnidirectional mode so that it solves the problem of the extent of cleaning out. But the problem of the prior resolvent still exists in this kind of machine. So we optimize the structure parameter in the cleaning machine of vibration spray type and perform experiments on the improved machine. We can get the conclusion from the experiments that the extent of cleaning is improved obviously and it is absolutely meet the demand.
