摘 要
燃煤煙氣脫硫(Flue Gas Desulfurization ,簡稱FGD)是目前世界上唯一大規(guī)模商業(yè)化應(yīng)用的脫硫技術(shù)。世界各國研究開發(fā)的煙氣脫硫技術(shù)達(dá)200多種,但商業(yè)應(yīng)用的不超過20種。在中、大型電站鍋爐中,目前商業(yè)應(yīng)用最為廣泛的脫硫方法是進(jìn)行煙氣脫硫。按脫硫過程是否加水和脫硫產(chǎn)物的干濕形態(tài),煙氣脫硫可分為濕法、半干法和干法三類工藝。濕法脫硫技術(shù)成熟,效率高,Ca/S比低,運(yùn)行可靠,操作簡單,但脫硫產(chǎn)物的處理比較麻煩,煙溫降低不利于擴(kuò)散,傳統(tǒng)濕法的工藝較復(fù)雜,占地面積和投資較大;干法脫硫要求溫度較高,并由此產(chǎn)生難以處理的酸霧,且脫硫劑利用率低;半干式脫硫工藝避免了上述兩種工藝的缺點(diǎn),備受關(guān)注。噴霧干燥法脫硫法系統(tǒng)簡單,投資相對較少,所以對于現(xiàn)有鍋爐的煙氣脫硫改造是比較適合的方案。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是燃煤電廠煙氣脫硫的方案的比較,對于選定的噴霧干燥法脫硫法系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)地設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。我們通過已知的一些參數(shù),運(yùn)用一些現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式確定了脫硫系統(tǒng)各部分一些重要的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。

abstract
With the development of modern industry , more and flue gas containing so is sent out from factories resulting in environment pollution and damage to health . So more and more attention is paid on there searching of desulphurization of flue gas .
Currently the most widely used business utility of desulfuration on power plant is the flue gas desulfuration . And the FGD can be classified into CACO3/CASO4 wet desulfuration process , atomizing and drying out process and limestone injection into the furnace and calicium oxide activation process . There exists problem of equipment corrosion in wet process , and the problem is difficult to solve , what is more , the flow of wet process is too long , so its use is limited . Dry process must go on with elevated temperature , what is more , efficiency of absorbent utilization was not high , and there exists acid mist that is difficult to deal with , so it is not a satisfactory method either . The semi-dry process gets rid of shortcomings of the two processes mentioned above , so it is interested widely , experimental research of flue gas desulphurization with spray drying was done in this dissertation , was described . If the main equipment of the spray drying was done in this dissertation , was described . If the main equipment of the spray drying absorption process can be produced by ourselves , the invest of the FGD system can be reduced acordingly .
By means of the comparison and selection , the best kind of process for the power plant flue gas desulfuration is chosen in this paper . The spray drying absorption process detail calculation on this process is discussed in this paper .
At last semi-dry process is chosed , and the detail calculation on the system design is provided . By the basic information of the unit , we get the important design parameters of FGD system and operation parameters . Some experience equation is involved in the calculation .
