摘要:本文是應(yīng)用密實(shí)移動(dòng)床離子交換技術(shù)對(duì)某鈾礦山100tU/a工藝進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要的工藝過程為堆浸浸出液 → 過濾 → 吸附 →淋洗 →沉淀 →壓濾→“111”產(chǎn)品。浸出液平均濃度為200 mg.L-1,每年生產(chǎn)時(shí)間按300天計(jì),水冶總回收率92%。樹脂飽和容量為30mgU/mLR,貧樹脂殘余鈾量0.50mgU/mLR,淋洗劑采用5g/L H2SO4 + 1mol/L NaCl,沉淀劑采用片堿(固態(tài)NaOH) 。經(jīng)過各個(gè)工藝過程的計(jì)算確定了所需物料的量、各種設(shè)備的型號(hào)數(shù)量、管道尺寸。本設(shè)計(jì)采用單塔吸附,三塔串聯(lián)淋洗的操作方式。最終合格液中鈾濃度可達(dá)10.03g.L-1。經(jīng)過各個(gè)工藝的操作處理最終得到產(chǎn)品。

Abstract: Dense moving bed ion exchange technology is the application of a uranium mine 100 t/a process to carry on the design, Main processes is leaching liquid → filter → adsorption → elution → precipitate → filter-press →“111”products.The Leach liquor average concentration is 200 mg. L -1. Every year 300 days production time according to the plan, hydrometallurgy total recovery is 92%. Resin saturation capacity of 30 mgU/mLR, poor resin residual quantity of uranium 0.50 mgU/mLR, Drench lotion with 5 g/L H2SO4 + 1 mol/L NaCl, precipitating agent with alkali (solid NaOH). After each process of the calculate and determine the amount of material required, all sorts of equipment model number, pipe size. This design USES double adsorption, three towers in series elution mode of operation. Finally be handled through the process of the product.
