摘 要
模具工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎工業(yè)。模具是大批量生產(chǎn)同形產(chǎn)品的工具,是生產(chǎn)各種工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的重要工藝裝備。冷沖壓更是在實際生產(chǎn)中占有絕對重要的地位。本設計說明書是沖裁加彎曲的多工位級進模的具體設計過程,其中包括最初的對制件進行工藝分析,對沖裁件的外形分析,沖裁過程的合理性以及彎曲回彈的分析,再對工藝方案進行比較和最終的選擇,然后再對模具的工藝進行一些必要的計算和對模具主要零部件的選擇以及校核,最后選擇合適的模架和壓力機。因為級進模一般是要大批量生產(chǎn)的,所以又考慮了模具的定位問題,包括用側刃粗定距,用導正銷進行精定位。因為制件彎曲步驟較多,所以模具的各部分零件較復雜。

ABSTRACT
Mold industry is the basic industry of national economy. Mold is mass production tools, products of the same shape is an important craft equipment in the production of various industrial products . Cold stamping is occupies absolute important position in the actual production. This thesis was blanking and bending of multistep progressive die design process, including the initial process analysis to parts, hedge cutting shape analysis, the rationality of blanking process and the analysis of the bending springback, then carries on the comparison to process and the final choice, and then some necessary for the mould process is calculated and the choice of major parts of the mold and checking, and finally choose the right mold frame and press. Because progressive die is generally to mass production, they are considering the positioning mould problem, including using coarse side blade spacing, with the guide is fine positioning pin. Because the large parts bending steps, the mould parts of the parts is more complex.
