一種焊接翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要本文闡述了大型缸體翻轉(zhuǎn)提升機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)只講解了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)主要是為了使得缸體在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中更容易加工,更容易焊接。機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部分采用了軸類(lèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和大平面式定位裝置組成。包括整體系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、框架的設(shè)計(jì)等。在設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸和基本部件的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校荷,來(lái)保證其強(qiáng)度要求同時(shí)需要進(jìn)行焊接部分的強(qiáng)度校荷,來(lái)最終確定設(shè)計(jì)方案。焊接翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、平穩(wěn)性、翻轉(zhuǎn)的連續(xù)性以及制造成本對(duì)提高焊接效率和保證安全性有很大的影響,研究了可以實(shí)現(xiàn)原地低位的翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),并對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)在翻轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)連續(xù)平穩(wěn)。翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)占地空間小,制造成本低,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景,在國(guó)內(nèi)外焊接生產(chǎn)線上有很高的推廣價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞:焊接;翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)錫太湖學(xué)院學(xué)士學(xué)位論文2ABSTRACTThis paper expounds the mechanism design of large converter overturning, only on the design of mechanical structure design, the design is to make the boiler is easier to process in the production process, easy welding.
