LS螺旋輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要 :LS型螺旋輸送機(jī)是采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品,等效采用ISO1050-75標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)制造符合ZBJ1005.1-2-88專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其技術(shù)指標(biāo)先進(jìn),結(jié)構(gòu)新穎,是我國(guó)九十年代替代GX型螺旋輸送機(jī)的換代產(chǎn)品。LS型螺旋輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用范圍:螺旋機(jī)被廣泛地使用在各種工業(yè)部門(mén),如建材、電力、化工、冶金、煤炭、機(jī)械、輕工、糧食及食品行業(yè)。
LS螺旋輸送機(jī)對(duì)輸送物料的要求,粉狀、粒狀和小塊狀物料。如:水泥、煤粉、糧食、化肥、灰渣、砂子等,物料溫度不得超過(guò)200℃,螺旋機(jī)不宜輸送易變質(zhì)的、粘性大的、易結(jié)塊的物料。因?yàn)檫@些物料在輸送時(shí)在一螺旋上,并隨之旋轉(zhuǎn)而不向前移動(dòng),或者在吊軸承處形成物料的積塞而會(huì)粘結(jié)使螺旋機(jī)不能正常工作。LS螺旋機(jī)的工作環(huán)境應(yīng)在-20℃~50℃之間,允許稍微傾斜使用,最大傾角不得超過(guò)20℃。
本次LS螺旋輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)主要分析了粉狀物料輸送的相關(guān)參數(shù)。 要求被輸送物料的名稱及特性來(lái)設(shè)計(jì),按螺旋輸送機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,我們選擇了單端驅(qū)動(dòng)。查閱了相關(guān)資料,才完成圖紙模型到圖紙數(shù)據(jù),這都是強(qiáng)有力的效果。

Abstract: The LS spiral conveyer uses the international standard product, equivalent uses the ISO1050-75 standard, the design manufacture conforms to the ZBJ1005.1-2-88 specialized standard. Its technical specification is advanced, the structure is novel, is our country substitutes the GX spiral conveyer's update product in the 90s. LS spiral conveyer's application scope:The screw machine widely is used in each Industry sector, like building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food profession.
The LS spiral conveyer to transports the material the request, powdery, granular and small massive material. For example: The cement, the powdered coal, the grain, the chemical fertilizer, the ash dregs, the sand and so on, the material temperature do not surpass 200℃, the screw machine is not suitable transports the material which the instable archery target, the coherency big, easy to agglomerate. Because these materials in transportation time will cake on a screw, and along with it revolving, but not the forward motion, or will form the material in the suspension bearing place the product to fill enables the screw machine the normal work. The LS screw's machine working conditions should in - 20℃~50℃, the permission incline slightly the use, the maximum inclination angle do not surpass 20℃.
This LS spiral conveyer design has mainly analyzed the powdery material handling's related parameter. The request is transported the material the name and the characteristic designs, according to the spiral conveyer drive type, we have chosen the single end actuation. Has consulted the correlation data, only then completes the blueprint model to the blueprint data, this is the powerful effect.
