本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書6110 連桿鉆小頭孔組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)摘 要:組合機(jī)床是以通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以工件特定外形和加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)的專用部件和夾具,組成的半自動(dòng)或自動(dòng)專用機(jī)床。它一般采用多軸、多刀、多工序、多面或多工位同時(shí)加工的方式,生產(chǎn)效率比通用機(jī)床高幾倍至幾十倍。由于通用部件已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化,可根據(jù)需要靈活配置,能縮短設(shè)計(jì)和制造周期。因此,組合機(jī)床兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在大批量生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,并可以組成自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。本課題來源于江蘇高精機(jī)電設(shè)備有限公司。根據(jù)6110連桿的加工工藝要求,設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)加工連桿小頭孔的鉆孔組合機(jī)床。主要完成機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)、工序圖、尺寸聯(lián)系圖、加工示意圖、生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡、PLC控制原理圖等設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。本設(shè)計(jì)在充分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通用零件做了仔細(xì)選擇。并依據(jù)被加工零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、加工部位的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度要求,以及定位加緊方式、工藝方法和加工過程所采用的刀具、生產(chǎn)率、切削用量情況等,設(shè)計(jì)了結(jié)構(gòu)合理的多軸箱。關(guān)鍵詞:組合機(jī)床;鉆孔;PLC;多軸箱本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書6110 connecting rod small end hole drilling machine tool designAbstract: With the general components as the basic structure, the combined machine toll is a king of semi-automatic or automatic specific machine composed by the specific components and clamps for the specific workpiece shape and processing technology design. Owing to the standardization and serialization of the general components, the configuration can be made flexibly to shorten the circle of design and manufacture.Therefore, with the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, the combined machine tool is applied to the production in a large quantity and to form the automatic production line.This subject comes from Jiangsu high-precision mechanical and electrical equipment Limited Company. According to the processing requirements of 6110 connecting rod, to design a drilling machine tool which can process the hole of the small end. I complete the overall design of the tools, process maps, contact map size, processing diagram, Productivity Computing cards, PLC control schematics and other design tasks. On the basis of the complete data calculation, the standard general parts is chosen. The multi-axle box with reasonable structure is designed based on the structural features of the processed parts, the dimension precision of the processing sites, the surface roughness, the locating and clamping ways, the technological approach as well as the cutter, production efficiency, cutting parameter in the manufacturing process.Key word: Modular machine tool; Drilling; PLC; Multi-axle
