- 1 -摘要在研究了國內(nèi)外蔬菜移栽機械的發(fā)展狀況和我國蔬菜移栽機械存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)白菜栽植作業(yè)對插秧機的要求,提出了發(fā)展白菜移栽機械的理論。理論分析插秧機構(gòu)的分插秧原理和機械插秧時秧針的運動軌跡,確定了機械插秧工作時秧針在取秧、送秧、插秧、回轉(zhuǎn)、避讓和回程過程中機器前進速度與秧針速度之間應(yīng)有的關(guān)系。對分插機構(gòu)進行設(shè)計。采用曲柄搖桿機構(gòu),分插機構(gòu)由曲柄、栽植臂和擺桿等組成。曲柄、栽植臂、擺桿和鏈箱后蓋組成一曲柄搖桿機構(gòu)。利用 Pro/E 對部件進行實體設(shè)計,主要是對分插機構(gòu)部分進行設(shè)計。白菜移栽機的研究與設(shè)計是以水稻插秧機為原型的。水稻插秧機的的特點是結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單,操作相對比較容易,只需對操作者進行簡單的培訓,即可操縱此插秧機。根據(jù)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的要求,由于水稻插秧機工作形式與本次設(shè)計的目的相似,故將以水稻插秧機為原型進行。關(guān)鍵詞:白菜栽植機;栽植臂;分插秧原理;分插秧機構(gòu)- 2 -AbstratIn studied the domestic and foreign vegetables to transplant the machinery the development condition and our country vegetables transplants in the question foundation which the machinery existed, transplanted the work according to the cabbage to the rice transplanter request, proposed the development cabbage transplanted the machinery the theory.The theoretical analysis transplants rice seedlings the organization to divide transplants rice seedlings the principle and the machinery transplant rice seedlings when the rice shoot needle path, had determined the machinery transplants rice seedlings when the work the rice shoot needle in takes the rice shoot, delivers the rice shoot, transplants rice seedlings, the rotation, gives way to traffic the relations which the machine rate of progression and between the rice shoot needle speed should have with the return trip process in.The half inserts the organization to carry on the design.Uses the crank rocker organization, divides inserts the organization by the crank, transplants the arm and the swing link and so on is composed.The crank, transplants the arm, the swing link and the chain box top plate composes a crank rocker organizationCarries on the entity design using Pro/E to the part, mainly is the half inserts the organization part to carry on the designCabbage transplanting machine is based on research and design for the prototype rice transplanter.
