摘要
本次設(shè)計為MKS1632A數(shù)控高速端面外圓磨床及其砂輪架設(shè)計,通過查閱國內(nèi)外磨床相關(guān)資料,首先確定磨床總體布局中各部件(如砂輪架、頭架和尾架等)尺寸,其次檢驗主軸前端擾度,確保主軸剛度。設(shè)計中砂輪架采用靜動壓軸承以提高旋轉(zhuǎn)精度,增強抗振性,延長軸承的使用壽命,傳動系統(tǒng)采用皮帶和花鍵副帶動主軸旋轉(zhuǎn),減少主軸變形,使載荷分布均勻。本設(shè)計中的控制部分采用通用的可編程接口芯片8255A。
本次設(shè)計我負責(zé)的部件是砂輪架,砂輪架是磨床上用來帶動砂輪作高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的關(guān)鍵部件,主要由傳動部件和主軸軸承部分組成,主軸與軸承是砂輪架的主要組成部分。首先是根據(jù)砂輪架主軸的要求進行軸的設(shè)計,然后再選取軸承,設(shè)計皮帶和皮帶輪等等。在這個過程中,軸的撓度校核、皮帶和皮帶輪的設(shè)計等用到了大量的計算。
