摘要
自然風(fēng)的速度和方向是隨機(jī)變化的,風(fēng)能具有不確定特點(diǎn),如何使風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的輸出功率穩(wěn)定,是風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)的一個(gè)重要課題。迄今為止,已提出了多種改善風(fēng)力品質(zhì)的方法,例如采用變轉(zhuǎn)速控制技術(shù),可以利用風(fēng)輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量平滑輸出功率。由于變轉(zhuǎn)速風(fēng)力發(fā)電組采用的是電力電子裝置,當(dāng)它將電能輸出輸送給電網(wǎng)時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生變化的電力協(xié)波,并使功率因素惡化。
風(fēng)能利用發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題風(fēng)能技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)涉及多個(gè)學(xué)科的綜合技術(shù)。而且,風(fēng)力機(jī)具有不同于通常機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的特性:動(dòng)力源是具有很強(qiáng)隨機(jī)性和不連續(xù)性的自然風(fēng),葉片經(jīng)常運(yùn)行在失速工況,傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力輸入異常不規(guī)則,疲勞負(fù)載高于通常旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械幾十倍。
本文通過(guò)對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì),葉片、輪轂機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),水平回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),齒輪箱系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到利用風(fēng)能發(fā)電的目的,有效利用風(fēng)能資源,減少對(duì)不可再生資源的消耗,降低對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。

Abstract
Natural wind speed and direction of change is random, wind characteristics of uncertainty, how to make wind turbine output power stability, wind power technology is an important subject. So far, have raised a variety of ways to improve the quality of the wind, such as the use of variable speed control technology, can make use of wind round the moment of inertia smooth power output. Because variable speed wind power group using a power electronic devices, when it will transfer to the output of electric power grids, will change in the wave's power, and power factor deterioration.
Use of wind energy in the development of key technical issues involved in wind energy technology is one of a number of integrated technical disciplines. Moreover, the wind turbine is usually different from the mechanical system characteristics: a strong power source is not random and continuity of the natural wind, the leaves often run in the stall condition, the power transmission system very irregular importation, fatigue load than Rotating Machinery usually several times.
Based on the wind turbine design, leaves, the wheel design, level of rotating the design, gear box system design, use of wind power to achieve the objective of effective use of wind energy resources, reduce non-renewable resources Consumption, reduce the environmental pollution.
