摘 要：本文綜述了鍘草機(jī)對(duì)于現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中草料秸稈資源的利用的背景，以及滾刀式鍘草機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的理論和方法，概括了滾刀式鍘草機(jī)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，探索現(xiàn)代CAD技術(shù)在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中的試驗(yàn)方法。對(duì)滾刀式鍘草機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括其鍘切原理，繪制工作原理圖和對(duì)主要零、部件進(jìn)行分析、設(shè)計(jì)和校核。得出滾刀式鍘草機(jī)各零、部件的參數(shù)，并繪制出零件圖和裝配圖。通過(guò)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)進(jìn)行滾刀式鍘草機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究，對(duì)機(jī)器量產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一定的指導(dǎo)意義，研究成果具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用意義。

The Design of Hob Type Hay Cutter

Abstract: This paper reviews hob type hay cutter for modern agricultural production in the use of straw resource of forage hob background, and hob type hay cutter design of related theory and hay cutter, summarized the hob type of grass machine will be reviewed, a modern CAD technology in mechanical design of the test method. On the hob type forage cutter design, including its hay cutter principle drawing schematic diagram and the main parts for analysis and design and the school where, that hob type grass cutting machine parts parameters, and draw the part drawing and assembly drawing.Through the application of modern machinery design technology of the hob type hay cutter design and parameter optimization study of machine, mass-production achieved certain guiding significance, the study has important theoretical guidance and practical application meaning.
