摘 要
塑料制品具有原料來源豐富,價(jià)格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)。它在電腦、手機(jī)、汽車、電機(jī)、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用,應(yīng)用極其廣泛。注射成 形是成形熱塑件的主要方法,因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。
本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是蛋糕切刀的注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)。蛋糕切刀具有重量輕、易清潔、耐腐蝕老化、強(qiáng)度高、有一定韌性 ,制作方便、價(jià)格低廉、美觀等特點(diǎn)。
依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定塑件采用注射成形法生產(chǎn)。該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為大批量生產(chǎn),故設(shè)計(jì)的模具要有較高的注塑效率,澆注系統(tǒng)要能夠自動脫模,此外為保證塑件表面質(zhì)量采用側(cè)澆口,因此選用單分型面注射模,側(cè)澆口自動脫模結(jié)構(gòu)。模具的型腔采用一模兩腔平衡布置,澆注系統(tǒng)采用側(cè)澆口成形,推出形式為四推桿推出機(jī)構(gòu)完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng),因此在模具設(shè)計(jì)中也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本次的設(shè)計(jì)中不僅參考了大量紙質(zhì)文獻(xiàn),而且在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查閱資料,設(shè)計(jì)過程比較完整。EMX可以使設(shè)計(jì)師直接調(diào)用公司的模架,節(jié)省模具設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)周期,節(jié)約成本,減少工作量。故本次設(shè)計(jì)基于EMX插件完成,即順應(yīng)了時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求你,又大大減少了設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間。

EMX can make the designer directly call the company's mold, saving mold design and development cycle, cost savings, reduce the workload. So this design is based on EMX plug-in completed, that is, conform to the requirements of the development of the times, but also greatly reduces the design time.
